  Promotion conditions:

  • 1. The promotion is held from December 14th 2011 to January 14th 2012.
  • 2. MT4 LITEForex, MT4REALForex and MT4 Floating Spread accounts opened during the promotion period (from 14.12.2011 to 14.01.2012) are allowed to take part in the promotion.
  • 3. The accounts registered in the PAMM system are not allowed to participate in the promotion.
  • 4. The accounts opened by the use of the MultiRebate system and taking part in the MultiRebate program cannot take part in this promotion.
  • 5. The accounts registered for work in MT5 trading platform are not allowed to participate in this promotion.
  • 6. To partake in the promotion, a Client must register in the Client’s Cabinet. When registering, you need to specify the type and the number of your trading account. You can register any number of your trading accounts for this promotion, provided that they all comply with paragraphs 2-5.
  • 7. A 30% deposit bonus will be added to each deposit over $100.
  • 8. The 30% bonus total amount that can be credited to an account represents $2000.
  • 9. The 30% bonus can be transferred to the balance in accordance with the following conditions:
    • 9.1 A Client has one month, starting from the moment of bonus deposit in the trading account, to meet the conditions of the paragraph 9.2
    • 9.2 To transfer a bonus sum from credit to balance you need to execute any number of transactions whose total amount of lots is no less than 15% of the bonus received. You can find some examples in the table below:

    • * For Floating Spread accounts the amount is 10 times more
      ** The volume is 100 times more for LiteForex type of accounts

  • 10. After the conditions of transferring the 30% bonus from credit to balance are fulfilled, a promotion participant can receive an additional 10% bonus on the same deposit on which he received the 30% bonus within this promotion.
  • 11. The indispensable condition of getting an additional 10% bonus is the absence of non-trading withdrawal/transfer operations on the account starting from the moment of the account registration for this promotion.
  • 12. The 10% bonus total amount that can be credited to an account represents $2000.
  • 13. In order to get the possibility to withdraw New Year’s 30% bonus and receive an additional 10% bonus, one must verify if the conditions stated in the paragraphs 9, 10 and 11 of these rules are met. If so, you can send a letter to newyearbonus@liteforex.сom with the following message:
  • Please consider withdrawing the 30% bonus received as a result of participation in the “30%+10% New Year’s bonus” promotion, and credit an additional 10% deposit bonus to my account. The promotion conditions are fulfilled. My account number is ________ (type in your account number).
  • Within 3 working days after sending a request, our manager will verify whether the conditions are fulfilled and will send you a letter with the verification results. In case of a favorable decision you will be able to withdraw funds immediately.
  • 14. The 10% additional deposit bonus can be also transferred from credit to balance and then withdrawn if the following conditions are met:
    • 14.1 No non-trading operations of funds withdrawal/transfer from the account from the moment of its registration for the promotion and till the moment of the 10% bonus withdrawal conditions fulfillment.
    • 14.2 A Client has one month, starting from the moment of bonus deposit in the trading account, to meet the conditions of the paragraph 14.3
    • 14.3 To transfer a bonus sum from credit to balance you need to execute any number of transactions whose total amount of lots is no less than 5% of the bonus received. You can find some examples in the table below:

  • To transfer the 10% bonus from credit to balance, please verify if the conditions are met; if so, send a request to newyearbonus@liteforex.сom with the following message:
  • Please consider the possibility to withdraw the 10% bonus received as a result of participation in the “30%+10% New Year’s bonus” promotion. The promotion conditions are fulfilled. My account number is ________ (type in your account number).
  • Within 3 working days after sending a request, our manager will verify whether the conditions are fulfilled and will send you a letter with the verification results. In case of a favorable decision you will be able to withdraw funds immediately.
  • 15. Bonus is not credited if you transfer funds from one trading account to another.
  • 16. In case the total bonus amount (including cancelled bonuses) exceeds the initially credited deposit bonus after any funds withdrawal, credited funds will be withdrawn in proportion to the remaining part of deposits amount.
  • To avoid the write-off of the bonus, we recommend you not to withdraw money from your account if the total bonus amount exceeds the initially credited deposit bonus for your own current funds amount after the withdrawal.
  • Please note, that an account participating in the promotion can’t receive an additional 10% deposit bonus if you withdraw your own funds from this account or transfer them into another account.
  • 17. If the trading account has a negative balance, the credit amount is instantly written off. Bonus funds may be used as additional means to maintain the margin of opened positions. You may not use in trading bonus funds only.
  • 18. Partner’s commission can’t be credited from bonus funds.
  • 19. If a client withdraws balance funds after receiving a bonus, LiteForex reserves the right to cancel or reduce a bonus amount on particular trading account.
  • 20. LiteForex reserves the right to request any additional information regarding the participant’s identity.
  • 21. LiteForex has the right to refuse to credit bonus funds without providing reasons thereof.
  • 22. LiteForex reserves the right to cancel a bonus if an account balance is negative.
  • 23. LiteForex has the right to cancel the bonus credited any time before.
  • 24. Several types of bonuses cannot be credited to one and the same deposit.
  • 25. A bonus cannot be transferred from one account to another.
  • 26. When counting the total amount of closed orders we do not include:
    • deleted and canceled pending orders;
    • transactions that contradict paragraphs 7.2 and 7.3 of the Quoting Regulations;
    • lock trades.
  • 27. A profit (loss) on closed orders that are taken into the consideration should be no less than 3 pips.
  • 28. LiteForex may change Promotion conditions at any time with a subsequent Participant’s notification.
