Year Of The Dragon Bonus Offer - Terms and Conditions
1. IronFX Financial Services Limited (“IronFX”) is authorised and
regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under license number
125/10 and promotes a Welcome Trading Bonus Offer (“Welcome
Trading Bonus”). This promotion is an upgrade of the previous Welcome Trading
Bonus promotion offered by IronFX.
2. By opening a trading account under this Welcome Trading
Bonus program the Client acknowledges that he has read, and agreed to be bound
by, these terms and conditions as well as to the IronFX Trading
Terms and Conditions.
3. The promotional period specifically for this Welcome
Trading Bonus Offer shall from the 16th of April 2012 onwards. In this
case the promotional period shall run from the date that the Client’s 1st
deposit is credited into the Client’s trading account until the removal date. IronFX
shall not be responsible for any funding delays due to various payment method
providers.
4. The Welcome Trading Bonus will be limited to one account
per account holder irrespective the number of accounts the Client maintains
with IronFX. The Welcome Trading Bonus is available to new and existing
Clients.
5. Subject to all Company’s terms and conditions (e.g. Trading
Terms and Conditions, Welcome Trading Bonus Terms and Conditions, etc.)
the eligible Client will be entitles to receive 40% on his first deposit amount + 30% on re-deposit amounts. The maximum Welcome Trading Bonus
stands at $4,000 or equivalent and $3,000 on re-deposits or equivalent.
6. Client’s deposits must be made in one lump sum and the Welcome
Trading Bonus only applies to Client’s deposits during the promotional period.
7. Internal
fund transfers between Client’s
accounts are not considered as deposit therefore the Client will not be entitle
to participate in the Welcome Trading Bonus offer.
8. The Welcome Trading Bonus will be credited into the eligible
Client's account after all requirements set in these terms and conditions
are met.
9. The Welcome Trading Bonus will be held solely for
trading with IronFX and cannot be withdrawn. At any given time, even after the
expiration of the promotional period, when a Client requests for a withdraw IronFX
will remove the Welcome Trading Bonus credited into the Client’s
account.
10. To claim the Welcome Trading Bonus offered under this
Program the Client needs to email his Client Portal’s username (registered
email address) to IronFX at promotions@IronFX.comand receive the Welcome Trading Bonus as long as all
requirements set in this terms and conditions are met. The Client can request his Welcome Trading Bonus only within the
first 5 business days from the date of each deposit date. In case the Client
reaches a stop-out then he cannot claim any Welcome Trading Bonus irrespective
of any other clauses in this Agreement.
11. At any time when the
Client requests to withdraw funds from his account, including transferring
between his account, during or even after the promotional period, IronFX shall
remove, proportionally, immediately the granted Welcome Trading Bonus prior of
proceeding with any Client’s withdraw request based on Clients profit and/or
loss ratio.
IMPORTANT:
Client will not be able to withdraw realized
profits unless the granted Welcome Trading Bonus is removed from
his trading account.
12. In the event that the Client’s account balance becomes zero then
the granted Welcome Trading Bonus provided by IronFX will be cancelled
and no future removal of the initial granted Welcome Trading Bonus will
be applied.

14. Participating in this promotion will not entitle the Client to
participate in any other promotion/program offered by IronFX. The Client is
allowed to receive only one Welcome Trading Bonus based on his first
funding, irrespective of the number of Accounts he maintains with IronFX.
15. IronFX employees, Partners, and already existing Clients cannot
participate in this promotion.
16. If IronFX suspects that a Client has abused or attempted to
abuse a promotion or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards us, then
IronFX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold or
withdraw from that user the Welcome Trading Bonus or promotion and if
necessary to cancel any terms and conditions with respect to that user, either
temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access to the service
and/or block that user's Account. IronFX reserves the right to modify, change
or terminate this offer at any time without the consent of the Client.
17. The Client acknowledges that Forex and CFDs are leveraged
products and involves a high level of risk. It is possible to lose all your
capital. These products may not be suitable for everyone and you should ensure
that you understand the risks involved. Seek independent advice if necessary.
18. This Welcome Trading Bonus terms and conditions are
dated 16th April 2012.
