    Which of the following statements is correct?
    1 – A trader buys a currency pair if he believes the base currency will decrease relative to the quote currency (1)

    Those who studied math will understand this question and how to answer it without even reading additional sources of information. X/Y = Z. X = the basic currency, Y = quoted currency, Z = the result (the price). The more X is in relation to Y, the more Z will be. Which means - the price grows, which means - buy.

    the question is interesting, but not that difficult. Before reading the answer I chose the second option.
