To withdraw your prize you must have a selected and verified payment method on your dashboard:

Buenos días, tengo un problema. Me inscribí en el concurso 16 en tiempo y forma, recibí las credenciales de una cuenta de 100000. Ahora veo que me la quitaron y quedé fuera del concurso ya que no puedo volver a inscribirme. Me gustaría saber si existe una solución.
Quiero destacar que el pago del concurso 14 llegó a mí billetera en tiempo y forma! Muchas gracias
