There are 17 Challenges (the 18th is the Final). No need to register a new account every time (if you are referring to the ICM account).
But, you will need to register for each Challenge when registrations open: go to the Challenge page and click the "Join Now" button.

It depends really on what options suit you trading strategy the best:
No1 - Spread/ommission reduction: By opening your account through us you'll trade on lower spreads/commissions.
No2 - Monthly cashback: Payments are credited and sent automatically by the 12th day of the month for trades where cashback has been accumulated between the first and the last day of the previous month. The rebates will be credited to your rebates profile with us and withdrawn at any time via several payment methods available on our website (including crypto).
So, the choice is yours (either option will work fine in creating an account with ICM and will be valid to register for the ICM Cup).

Yes, I checked our systems and I can see that you submitted an account.
Unfortunately, the account 2000075895 is not under our IB.
You can chat live with our Customer Support (online 24/5) so they can help you register for the contest.
Or if your prefer, find me on our Telegram Group and I will try to help you register for the ICM Cup.
Don't worry, even if you miss the Welcome Challenge, you will still be able to join the other rounds and get a chance of winning a super prize.
