Meanwhile, my cousin sent a similar transaction from the same wallet and same source—he’s from the EU—and got a refund in an hour. Why the double standard? This isn’t a simple KYC issue. This is a known pattern from ChangeNOW, Changelly, Atomic Wallet, Guarda, and Evercode Lab—a scam network linked to St. Petersburg, Russia.
