When do I get paid?
Payments are credited and sent automatically by the 15th day of the month (EST time/GMT-5) for trades where cashback has been accumulated between the first and the last day of the previous month. Please note when the 15th falls on a Sat or Sun the payments may be made on the following Monday, since we do not work on Sat or Sun.
Occasionally a payment is delayed as a result of slow or inaccurate data coming from the broker.

Note 1: We do not charge/deduct fees for crypto payments, however network or "gas" fees are charged by the network you select, and fluctuate daily depending on network traffic and other factors. Clients are responsible for informing themselves of current network fees before selecting a network.

Will I be charged higher spreads or commissions?
Never! If in doubt we encourage you to confirm directly with the broker.
Do I receive cash back on a losing trade?
Yes.
Do you have access to my account?
No.
What if I was not paid the right amount?
If you feel there is a mistake, we will be happy to investigate further. Please send us a copy of your broker account statement and request to have your account reviewed.
New Features on Dashboard
What’s new?
- Self-Service withdrawals – a user may submit a withdrawal request for any part of their balance to be paid directly from their dashboard. This new Self-service withdrawal system is available in addition to the Automatic Payouts system.
- Transfer of Cashback Pending – a user may transfer from their Cashback Pending to their balance up to a designated limit, currently identified as $500.00 per month.
Definition of terms:
- Balance – Funds available for withdrawal.
- Cashback Pending – Estimate of rebates earned but not yet credited for designated brokers where accounts have been verified with the rebate method of “Monthly Cash Back – Real Time Reports”.
- Automatic Payouts – The Monthly Cash Back system where payments are credited and sent automatically by the end of the 15th day of the month, EST time.
How to transfer Cashback Pending to my Balance
- Select “Transfer balance”
- Enter amount to transfer (not to exceed $500 for each monthly period)
- Select “Confirm Transfer”
- A transaction called a “Pending balance credit” will appear under Activity for the amount entered
How do I make a self-service withdrawal?
- Click “Withdraw”
- Enter the amount
- Select desired payment method
- Confirm Withdrawal
- Complete email verification (2FA)
- You’ll see an on-screen confirmation once submitted
What happens after confirmation of withdrawal?
- Your withdrawal is added to the processing queue
- Withdrawals are processed daily by 11AM EST
- You can view or cancel the request under Activity if it hasn’t been processed yet
Are all payment methods supported?
- Only selected payment methods are available for withdrawals.
- Supported methods and limits are clearly shown in the dashboard.
